Once the initial Site Selection and Due Diligence Phase is complete, and the Client is comfortable with the outcome and/or risk revealed in course of research, the next step of the process is preparation of required applications and Entitlement matters, including rezoning, site plan approvals, development agreements and other required permits; updating of schedules and project budget as necessary; coordination of applications and other documents relating to entitlements; preparation for and attendance at all required meetings  with City and/or County Staff, Citizen and Neighbor Groups, and  Public Meetings and Hearings. 

Despite the difficult nature associated with the aforementioned steps, our staff is able to address this essential component deftly in order to ensure the process moves forward in accordance with the client’s schedule.
