In May 2011, Lars Andersen was approved by the Tulare City Council to work with the City on a road rehabilitation project. This project will employ some of the latest technology available for road reconstruction, Full-Depth Rehabilitation (FDR) with cement. The project, involving approximately 3 miles of roadway, will utilize FDR, which recycles the deteriorating pavement materials in-place, including the base and sub-grade in order to provide a more sustainable and cost effective solution than that which is typically used.
